Programmer Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and modify Pro Billing Release R4.5 and Ongoing Support & Maintenance, using logical analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design.
- Contribute to technical design documentation for Pro Billing Release R4.5 and Ongoing Support & Maintenance that fully define all application code and the underlying methodology for the design decisions made.
- Modify existing software in Pro Billing Release R4.5 and Ongoing Support & Maintenance to correct errors, allow it to adapt to new functionality, and improve its performance.
- Analyze client's needs and software requirements for Pro Billing Release R4.5 and Ongoing Support & Maintenance to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
- Confer with Business Systems Analysts to design system and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces.
- Store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analysis of Pro Billing Release R4.5 and Ongoing Support & Maintenance capabilities and requirements.
- In conjunction with Business Systems Analyst develop technical specifications for Pro Billing Release R4.5 and Ongoing Support & Maintenance, as appropriate, to satisfy software enhancements and bug fixes.
- Test and deploy software code fixes for Pro Billing Release R4.5 and Ongoing Support & Maintenance enhancements or bug fixes.
- Review changes in code and the environment that will affect Pro Billing Release R4.5 and Ongoing Support & Maintenance performance.
- Write and conduct unit tests for Pro Billing Release R4.5 and Ongoing Support & Maintenance to verify the functionality, accuracy, and efficiency of developed or enhanced software code.
- Develop and initiate design changes or enhancements to Pro Billing Release R4.5 and Ongoing Support & Maintenance as necessary.
- Coordinate and implement release and build schedules for Pro Billing Release R4.5 and Ongoing Support & Maintenance with the appropriate department and coordinate with other technical personnel as necessary.
- Estimate required time and resources to complete assigned projects or tasks and plan accordingly so that projects are completed in an accurate and timely fashion.
- Provide training or mentoring to other team members on tools or architecture concepts as needed.
- Work closely with SAP functional personnel to implement and deploy changes to SAP and other integrated or interfaced systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform/oversee, at a minimum, the following activities:
- Designand modify Pro Billing Release R4.5 and Ongoing Support & Maintenance, using logical analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design.
- Responsible for developing new solution sets and modifications to Pro Billing Release R4.5.
- Contribute to technical design documentation for Pro Billing Release R4.5 and Ongoing Support & Maintenance that fully define all application code and the underlying methodology for the design decisions made.
- Analyze the current configuration and system design and identify the areas for improvement for Pro Billing Release R4.5.
- Test and deploy software code fixes for Pro Billing Release R4.5 and Ongoing Support & Maintenance enhancements or bug fixes.
- Gather and analyze requirements and map Pro Billing Release R4.5 and Ongoing Support & Maintenance integration and platform capabilities.
- Develop and maintain understanding of end-client workflows and business needs to support Pro Billing Release R4.5 and Ongoing Support & Maintenance by creating and updating product collaterals, such as: roadmaps, strategy maps, detailed product presentations and client facing content.
- Deliver precise functional specifications for Pro Billing Release R4.5 and Ongoing Support & Maintenance, which include functional hierarchy, workflow, business rules, interface design and definitions, outstanding issues, data analysis, and data mapping to end-client and development staff.
- Responsible for assisting the test execution and defect resolution during system integration and user acceptance testing.
- Review changes in code and the environment that will affect Pro Billing Release R4.5 and Ongoing Support & Maintenance performance.
- Act as an intermediary to align end-client-specific requirements to existing and new capabilities for Pro Billing Release R4.5 and Ongoing Support & Maintenance, by directly interacting with end-client including, but not limited to, eliciting comprehensive business requirements and use cases and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Communicate effectively with business users, and stress test the application, and enhance the performance of Pro Billing Release R4.5.
- Work with software development team to improve Pro Billing Release R4.5 functionality.
- Provide leadership in troubleshooting and resolving any major process design and project management related issues for the time entry project team.
- Conduct gap analysis between application and stated end-client requirements and collaborate with software developers to estimate Pro Billing Release R4.5 and Ongoing Support & Maintenance impact.
- Work with software developers, QA, and production support teams to communicate, verify, and test the desired functionality changes for Pro Billing Release R4.5 and Ongoing Support & Maintenance.
